Synopsis:

With a team made up mostly of indigenous artists, Karaíba is a theatrical sound odyssey aimed at all audiences, especially children and young people. Based on the work of the same name by Daniel Munduruku, the story mixes indigenous mythology and adventure. It rethinks gaps in Brazilian prehistory and elucidates the encounter with Europeans as part of history, not the beginning of it. An exercise in imagination about what the people and life would be like in these lands before the arrival of the Portuguese, 523 years before so many caravels.

The show exposes the defragmented, experimental, contemporary, chaotic and post-apocalyptic perspective on a night of Cabaré das Divinas Tetas. A prediction, a revelation, a birth and reality knocking on the door. Fake News everywhere and psychedelia enters the scene. Lilibertas, Madame Tityca de Boá, Willa Snack Queer, La Inominable and Sarabicha imagine the end and dance redemption.
